What steps are you taking to ensure safe handling of products and deliveries during COVID-19?
We would like to reassure you that Muscat Beauty Salon’s highest priority is keeping our clients, employees & the community as safe as possible.
- We have significantly increased sanitation procedures in the salon and delivery vehicles
- All staff members have undergone thorough training on hygiene practices
- All staff have their temperature measured daily
- All orders are cleaned and disinfected before they go to your homes and are handled with protective gloves
- Delivery teams have been equipped with disinfectants to sanitize their hands before every pick-up and drop-off

What are the delivery costs & timelines?
Next day free delivery for orders over OMR 10/- to the following areas:
Qurum, Madinat Qaboos, Al Alam, Shatti Al Qurum, PDO, Al Khuwair, Al Athaiba, Gubrah, Ghala, Al Ansab, Muscat Hills, Al Mouj, Seeb, Al Hail, Darsait, Ruwi, Muscat Bay, Shangrila.
Any area not mentioned above please contact us for the delivery charge
Payment can be made online or by card or cash on delivery, we would prefer card payment to limited the cash handling due to COVID-19
Where is my delivery?
You will receive email updates as the status of your order progresses.
If you are not in when the delivery is made the order will be returned to the Muscat beauty salon store where it can be collected at your convience.
To arrange a re delivery there will be a charge of OMR 3/- per delivery.
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, due to the current situation with Covid -19 we are unable to accept any returns or refund any product. (Please note this may change in the future)
How do I review a Product?
After purchasing goods online, you will be sent an email inviting you to leave a review for each product purchased. If you choose to provide a review it may be published on our site under the Reviews tab of the product it refers to. All reviews will be checked to ensure they do not:
- Include hate speech, threats of violence, cursing, or libel
- Include contact or personal information about another individual (phone number, name, etc.)
- Include pornographic content
- Harass another reviewer
- Include references or links to other websites
- Include content that does not relate to the product purchased
- Include any copyrighted material
In the event that a review contravenes any of the above, the review will not be published. We reserve the right to expand or edit these guidelines at any time as well as replicate any reviews outside of the website. We will also exercise our sole discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of these guidelines. Customers can request the deletion of their own reviews if they feel that they are no longer accurate depictions of their experiences; in these instances, please email full details of your request to email@example.com
